Return Policy

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting MegaTechPC Customer Care at support@megatechpc.com.

Products that are received by MegaTechPC in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:

Any product not purchased from MegaTechPC.

Any product that does not match the serial number, service tag, or part ID shipped to you on the order.  Please note MegaTechPC captures this data prior to shipment for warranty purposes.

Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return (i.e., a return initiated for a DOA product that powers on and works properly upon inspection).

Any product with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.

Any product that is returned without all parts accessories, including manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.

Any product that exhibits physical damage. If you received your product damaged, please contact Customer Care at support@megatechpc.com.

Any product which appears tampered, customized, or altered in any way.

Standard Return Policy – Return for refund within: 30 days. This is subject to a 15% restocking fee and perhaps more depending on the condition and completeness of the product.

MegaTechPC is not responsible for return shipping charges on items that are not warranty related returns.

Consumable Product Return Policy

MegaTechPC does not offer returns on consumable items if opened. Consumable items are items such as Printer Ink and Toner Cartridges, CD/DVD Media, Retail Packaged Software, Downloadable Software, Batteries, etc. that are consumed once they are used. If unopened, Discount will accept returns of consumable items that are returned within 10 days from receipt.
